DIY Diwali Coconut Delights that can ease some calorie count worries

Sujata Din

Over Diwali, many of us overindulge in sweet and fried foods and find themselves feeling bloated, tired and heavier after the festive period.

You don't need to be on a diet or feel deprived, but just make a few simple swaps to be healthy, even over the festive period.

Stay healthy this Diwali by making your own sweet treats, as when you make them yourself you know how much sugar you add in and will also be using the best ingredients.

This week I am sharing a simple recipe for coconut delights, that you can make in about 30 minutes, for yourself and your families and friends.

If you liked this recipe, do share it with your family and friends and spread the Diwali cheer around.
