Try this immunity boosting smoothie packed with goodness

Hope you've had a good long weekend. As the weather becomes warmer many of us want to be having cooling foods and I wanted to share this recipe that I make to support my immunity.

This not only tastes good but is an immune booster as oranges are a good source of Vitamin C, turmeric has anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial activity, ginger and cinnamon have anti-inflammatory properties.
