Actor Anupam Kher reveals his 535th project as Kannada film ‘Ghost’

Veteran actor Anupam Kher will be seen in a special role in a Kannada film titled 'Ghost'. Taking to social media, Kher announced his 535th project with the talented Shiva Rajkumar for a film to be directed by M.G. Srinivas and produced by Sandesh Productions.

In the film, Kher will be seen sharing screen space with Rajkumar and Jayaram.  

Besides 'Ghost', Kher will also be seen in 'Tiger Nageswara Rao', which is headlined by Ravi Teja. The film is set to hit the cinemas in October this year. 

'Tiger Nageswara Rao' is a period film set in the 1970s based on real incidents of a notorious and courageous thief (Ravi Teja) of South India and the people of Stuartpuram. Written and directed by Vamsee, the film is produced by Abhishek Agarwal under the Abhishek Agarwal Arts banner and presented by Tej Narayan Agarwal. It will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages. Nupur Sanon and Gayathri Bharadwaj have been roped in to play the leading ladies opposite Ravi Teja and R. Madhie ISC is the cinematographer and G.V. Prakash Kumar takes charge of the music. The rest of the crew includes Avinash Kolla as the production designer, Srikanth Vissa as the dialogue writer and Mayank Singhaniya as the co-producer.

Besides, the inimitable Anupam Kher also has Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's 'The Vaccine War' in his kitty and Kangana Ranaut's directorial 'Emergency'.  

'The Vaccine War' revolves around India's contributions in the race to produce a Covid-19 vaccine during the pandemic. Helmed by Agnihotri, the film is all set to hit the theatres on the occasion of Independence Day 2023 in 11 languages.  

Meanwhile, ‘Emergency’ is based on the 1977 Indian political Emergency and has Ranaut playing the character for former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
