‘What Will YOUR Legacy Be? – Conversations With Global Game Changers About The Climate Crisis’ by author Sangeeta Waldron is a new book released this week and aimed at helping readers understand some of our biggest environmental challenges and how individuals, communities, organisations and nations are restoring our planet.

The book explores different themes – from science to food, global politics, business, to the media, arts and music, communities and more. ‘What Will YOUR Legacy Be?’ also has a collection of conversations with 36 global influencers, thought leaders, and changemakers about the climate crisis and sustainability.

The list of personalities and game changers includes diversity of voice from – Ingmar Rentzhog, (CEO and Founder We Don’t Have Time), Julian Lennon (Founder, The White Feather Foundation and musician), Dr Kimberley Miner (NASA climate scientist), Rachel Cartwright (naturalist), Sunita Narain (Indian environmentalist and activist), and Nemonte Nenquimo (indigenous Waorani leader). In sharing their activities, wisdom and knowledge, Sangeeta presents takeaway tips to inspire readers to become “climate change aware” and help create a sustainable mindset for themselves.

Waldron says: My book shows there is still belief that we can make headway on the climate crisis. I spoke to 36 brilliant minds who generously share their knowledge and perspective. All are interesting voices – a researcher on humpback whales to the former Head of the British Army’s Centre for Army Leadership who talks about how climate change is influencing military tactics, to an art activist, food experts, song writers.

This is Sangeeta Waldron’s third book and a continuation of her last book, ‘Corporate Social Responsibility Is Not Public Relations’, which was shortlisted for the UK Business Book Awards in 2022.
