It really was a dream come true when I met maestro A R Rahman. I am a big fan of his compositions and background scores of the Indian films and Hollywood too.
As a musician, composer, director of Bharatiya Vrund Gaan and Raga Jyoti, Shastriya Vadhya Vrund; the session with maestro A.R. Rahman was very inspiring for my journey of the Indian music in the Great Britain.

During the session, I received an opportunity to ask a question, how I could develop Indian choir and ensemble in the UK to match the high standard of the British orchestras and choir, and he replied politely with great suggestions to appoint talented music arranger who understand my music to deliver the quality music. He also shared his experience how he collaborated with Trinity Laban and Berklee School of music. It was very useful suggestion for my professional development.
Overall, the one hour session went so quick, but it was interesting, lifelong learning and inspiring. On the day, I met many dancers, musicians, writers, film producers, business leaders. It was a great networking opportunity for me.
In the morning, I attended four sessions, especially Gauranga Das’s spiritual talk was divine experience for me. I learnt a lot how we could keep spirituality on top, while working with the digital technology (AI). I gained a deeper understanding of purpose, clarity, and resilience in today’s fast-paced, digital world.
