The epic ‘Ramayana’ inspired ‘Adipurush’ unveiled its much-anticipated trailer this week, leaving fans in awe and eagerly awaiting the film’s worldwide release on June 16. 

The epic saga, starring pan-India stars like Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage, is directed by Om Raut and produced by the prolific Bhushan Kumar. 

The filmmakers promise to take viewers on a journey of a lifetime and to match the grandeur and magnificence of the film, the celebrations around its trailer continue to make waves on social media.  

The trailer was first screened exclusively for the adoring fans of Prabhas in Hyderabad, followed by a grand launch event in Mumbai that was graced by the presence of the star cast, director, and producer. It was then released across 70 countries worldwide, turning it into a global event. Besides India, the launch was celebrated in the US, Canada, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Japan, the UK & Europe and Russia and Egypt, among other regions.

The ‘Adipurush’ trailer has been dubbed a feast for the senses, showcasing stunning visuals, breath-taking sequences, and a stellar cast of actors who bring their A-game to the table. Being a visual spectacle, the magnum opus promises to transport viewers to a mythical and mesmerising world, one that is almost like a work of art brought to life on the big screen.  

The film revisits a golden chapter in Indian history, adding an air of grandeur to an already captivating story. With its top-notch visual effects, colossal scale, gripping plot, and stellar performances, the trailer provides a tantalising glimpse into the world of ‘Adipurush’. 

Earlier, the team behind the epic had announced that the film’s world premiere will take place in New York on June 13 at the Tribeca Festival.
