Sonali Bendre launches new US tie-up for diaspora audiences

Bollywood star Sonali Bendre, who recently made her comeback with ‘The Broken News’ on ZEE5 Global, announced the launch of the channel’s brand-new partnership with US-based Indian grocery chain Patel Brothers to deepen the connect with diaspora audiences.

As she inaugurated the new Patel Brothers store on Oak Tree Road Edison in New Jersey, she reflected on how the partnership would benefit American Indians.

Sonali Bendre said: “I’m very happy to be here to kick off this partnership between two deeply rooted South Asian brands, The Patel Brothers and ZEE5 Global.

ZEE5 Global also hosted a contest at the store where the participants had to answer questions related to the platform and Patel Brothers. The winner was given an opportunity to shop grocery items worth $200 for free with Bendre as a part of the ‘Shop with the Stars’ contest.
