Tina had always been a bigger size, but it was getting worse as her jeans weren’t fitting her. She was low on energy and on the verge of menopause and had been gaining weight which made her feel frustrated.

She had been following me for some time but kept putting off making any changes as had a busy job. Then last December Tina decided to join my program. She did not think she would lose weight but wanted to increase her energy levels and to feel better.

Upon starting, she enjoyed the recipes and said that December was a dream for her. It’s a month when most people are gaining weight during the holidays, but Tina lost some weight, felt lighter and got more energy too.

And over six months she’s done amazingly well to lose 7 kilos and many centimetres all over.

Significant improvements that Tina saw:

She is so much more comfortable in her body and didn’t think this would be possible. Her weight loss has improved her day-to-day life. Things she had to be conscious of and worry about such as struggling to slide between tables at restaurants, she no longer worries about.

She was able to fit back into a pair of jeans she had never worn because they were too tight and got a tummy ache when wearing these.

She’s bought new clothes and now fits into size small and extra small when she previously used to have to wear large and extra-large. Buying clothes, she could not fit into before has given Tina a confidence boost, as everything fits her so nicely.

She is much happier, aware of her energy levels and feels calmer and more focused.
