On the road to feeling fabulously hormone balanced

On the road to feeling fabulously hormone balanced

Hormonal imbalances can be caused by many different things, including natural reasons like menopause and perimenopause.

Many women who I’m guiding are going through hormonal imbalances which has an impact on their weight, energy levels, moods, and health.  The impact varies depending on the severity of their symptoms experienced.

Some factors that may lead to hormonal imbalance are stress, medical conditions, medication, etc.  Also, your lifestyle, sleep, unhealthy eating habits, lack of physical activity, weight does influence your hormones.

As you can see many of these things are what we can actually take responsibility of and make changes to, thereby supporting our hormones. And, it's only when we make it a priority do we then see the change.  And if we do nothing, the chances are that it may get worse over time.

One of my key guidances in my programs is on eating clean and reducing the foods that negatively affect your hormones and including more of those that support your hormonal health.

This is exactly what my client Sonia did, she took charge and prioritised her health and saw some significant changes that improved her quality of life.  Sonia has been diagnosed adenomyosis, with this she was extremely tired and also fainted frequently.  Adenomyosis, causes heavy periods that last for a long time and severe period pain.

We had a discovery call and she started my program to support her hormones and increase energy levels.

She is so much happier as her quality of daily life has improved as she is feeling better within herself and has more energy.  She was deficient in Vitamin B12, iron and Vitamin D and needed supplements for this. Since changing her diet and lifestyle, she’s now no longer deficient and no longer needs supplements.

As Sonia said to me, “With simple lifestyle changes, nothing drastic, I feel the difference.”  She’s also been complimented on having lost weight.
