It’s the start of the holiday period and I wanted to share a healthy dessert that you can make quite easily at home. Have you ever tried a pudding with a quinoa base? It’s delicious and by adding coconut to it, the pudding we get is one with a lovely creamy texture.
This week I’m sharing a Creamy Coconut Quinoa Pudding recipe, which is yet another option of enjoying sweet treats minus too much of the calorie-count guilt that accompanies desserts.
As we deal with tough lockdown measures this Christmas and , we can try our hand at some new dishes with some of the ingredients that offer a healthier and more wholesome experience.
