We The Women festival opens London chapter with a bang

iGlobal Desk

We The Women, India's Best Women's Festival, made its mark with its very first London edition at the iconic Riverside Studio.

Led by award-winning journalist and broadcaster Barkha Dutt, the festival brought together glamour, gravitas and grassroots under one roof for an unforgettable experience. And, as Dutt stressed, it also celebrated the men who champion women.

Spread across a day-long set of sessions with an array of high-profile guests from Bollywood glitterati Rashmika Mandanna, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Karan Johar to politician-authors Smriti Irani and Shashi Tharoor. Awards were also handed out to these celebrated Changemakers of 2025.

"I'm still struggling,” confessed Kareena as she opened up during a candid chat with Dutt.

Industrialist Anil Agarwal delivered a keynote address on his Anil Agarwal Riverside Studio Foundation, which hosted the event as its first major.

He shared how the iconic Beatles were associated with the studio, which he hopes will serve as a place for culture uniting East and West and nurturing talent.
