This then gives your body a break from heavy, hard to digest foods and increases your intake of nutritious foods. In my cleanse program, we also look at other aspects like lifestyle e.g. sleep, stress and mental wellbeing. After this short program, my clients see a reduction in inflammation, have better skin and bowel movements, feel happier and sleep better.

This is the perfect program if you feel like you have been eating more unhealthily than usual or if you would like a ‘reset’.
If you are new to this and making long term changes seems a little daunting, start with the cleanse program as you will be guided but still realise how feasible making changes can be.
