A toolkit to help you cleanse as you eat

This cleanse is how I eat most of my meals, so for me it's not what I do for a short period but how I live my life.

Once you do the cleanse you will want to do it again and again, just as my clients do to experience the same benefits as weight loss, reduce bloating, have clearer skin, feel lighter and be more focused.

If you feel bloated, lethargic, heavy and have lost focus this will get you back on track. It has 100 delicious recipes, and you are guided daily on how to first prepare for the cleanse, then what to do during the cleanse and lastly transitioning back.

As with all my programs it's done a step at a time, so it is practical and doable. It is suitable for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Three simple steps towards improved digestion

Why Cleanse? By making time to remove the inflammatory foods, planning to eat nutritionally dense foods and removing processed foods this cleanse will support your body to naturally detoxify. You eat three meals a day and can have snacks too.

Some examples of what you can eat during the cleanse:

Breakfast: Frittata or Cinnamon Oats or a Smoothie

Lunch: Chicken Salad or Tamarind Tofu Salad

Dinner: Mexican Bean and Vegetable Stew or Salmon in Maple Marinade, with stir-fried vegetables

Snacks: Energy Balls or Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
