Well-known spiritualist Sadhguru is celebrating the sacred tradition of Annadanam (offering of food) ahead of the auspicious festival of Mahashivratri, which falls on February 26 this year.
Mahashivratri, or The Great Night of Lord Shiva, is among the most significant events in India’s spiritual calendar. An occasion of celestial proportions, the alignment of the planetary positions on this night gives rise to a natural upsurge of energy within the human system, making it a unique spiritual possibility for all.
Sadhguru explains: “Mahashivratri night is not just a festival — it’s a gateway to transformation, a night dedicated to overcoming darkness and stepping into boundless possibilities.”
