
This week I wanted to share a recipe that is so simple and tastes delicious. It's a Vegan Mousse that is high in protein and offers up a dessert that can be enjoyed without much calorie concern.
Try this as it also helps to reduce sugar and chocolate cravings naturally.
As you will discover, this quick dessert is made with just five ingredients and has a smooth texture as its made with silken tofu. You won’t even realise there’s tofu in it as it takes on the flavour of the chocolate.
To sweeten it, I use maple syrup and top it off with strawberries. So, you can go ahead and enjoy this yummy dessert guilt free!
