
Producers are looking for UK-based Bollywood afficionados and artists to join the cast of ‘Come Fall in Love – The DDLJ Musical’ – a high energy and colourful new musical comedy based on one of the biggest blockbuster films in the history of Indian cinema ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’.
The stage musical is set for its UK premiere on Thursday 29 May 2025 at Manchester Opera House, where it will run until Saturday 21 June 2025.
“If you’re an exceptional dancer, singer and actor from a South Asian background, send your CV, contact details, headshot and a short audition video (two minutes maximum) showing off your skills to comefallinlovecasting@gmail.com,” the statement from the production team said.
All genders are invited to submit their applications before the closing date for submissions of interest: 7 January 2025. Auditions will start on 13 January 2025, with successful applicants to begin rehearsals in London from 14 April 2025.

‘Come Fall in Love – The DDLJ Musical’ will be set in the UK and directed by Aditya Chopra, the original director of the record-breaking, award-sweeping Hindi-language film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ – known as ‘DDLJ’.
