As we move into spring, the days are getting longer, but yet, it's still quite cold and many of us don't feel like having a regular salad and want something warmer.
So, for those of you who want to have more of a plant based diet, which is nutritious and delicious, I have a quick, easy and simple Warm Edamame and Cabbage Salad that you can make for lunch or dinner.
It's colourful with the vibrant mix of colours and also a balanced meal as edamame is an excellent source of protein. You have to try this satisfying and delicious salad.
Spoon into a bowl and layer thei avocado and sesame seeds over. Serves 2-3.
