How do I access the virtual event?

On the day of the event, Click on Watch Live button on website and enter your registered email address to login. The stream will start 15 minutes before the first session.

The show area on the virtual platform is designed to be interactive and will allow for attendees to engage with the speakers. Here you can also take part in polling activities and submit your questions to our experts.

How do I test my connection?

When you complete your registration as a virtual attendee, you will receive an email with access instructions.

What time zone will the streamed sessions follow?

The sessions streamed live will follow the Greenwich Mean Time Zone

Can I log in with a smart phone and which devices is the platform compatible with?

The best experience will be provided on a laptop or desktop using Chrome or Firefox browsers. You can use a mobile device, however, please view the website in landscape mode. If you opt to use a mobile device, ensure you are on strong Wi-Fi connection, as mobile phone networks are likely not going to have the required internet speed to handle video streaming.

What browsers does the event support?

Event supports all modern-day browsers, but we recommend Chrome for the best streaming experience.

Where can I go for help with audio problems?

If no one can hear you, here are some quick tips:

  • Please leave and join the session again
  • Double-check that you have the correct audio option selected – for instance, you cannot use mic and speakers when you have “Use Bluetooth device” selected.
  • Have you started the broadcast? Check if you are live
  • Are the correct sound devices selected on your session Preferences (or Audio, on a Mac) menu?
  • If using a microphone with a mute/unmute button, is your microphone muted?
  • Is your attendee’s speaker volume set too low?
  • If you are still having audio problems, please contact us

Why is there an echo in my online session?

Echo can be caused by many things, such as a participant connected to the meeting audio on multiple devices, or two participants joined in from the same local. Please check for the same and if the issue is not resolved, reach out to us for further help.

Do I need an account to use the Wellness Show virtual events platform?

Yes, you would need to register for the event . Whether you are a participant/attendee or a speaker at the event, you need to login to the Wellness Show website to access the online event.
