A Beautiful Blueberry Smoothie recipe packed with greens, flaxseeds

As one of the final instalments of the Summer Smoothie special from Sujata’s Health Corner, the focus this time is on a blueberry recipe that is both pleasing to the eyes and the system.

Over the last few weeks, I've been testing and trying recipes for the smoothie workshop and have put together an informative programme.

One of the recipes that I am sharing here is my absolute favourite one, which I started with when having green smoothies.

Flaxseeds are good source of fibre, protein and omega. Tip: Use ground flaxseeds as they are easier to digest.

Bananas add a creamy texture and sweetness to a smoothie. You can peel, cut and freeze bananas to add into your smoothie.
